A 21-year-old Wilson Borough man charged last week with streaking in Phillipsburg, now faces charges in Pohatcong Township for posting nude cell phone photos of someone else on his Facebook page Sunday without permission, according to authorities.

Robert J. Baker was scheduled for a first appearance Tuesday in state Superior Court in Belvidere. He was issued a summons for reproducing or disclosing images without permission.

Police say the victim alerted authorities about the topless images after a friend noticed the photo online. The victim is an acquaintance of Baker’s, according to police.

On June 19, Baker was charged after police found him running around naked in the area of Firth and Marshall streets in Phillipsburg.

Police say Baker told authorities then that he did not know it was illegal to be naked in public. He was charged with lewdness and disorderly conduct.

In mid-May, Baker was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he threw lawn furniture into the parking lot of the Phillipsburg Inn in Greenwich Township.

Ah, the old hat trick. Kid did it with style too – getting picked up with weed while throwing lawn furniture into a parking lot, streaking through the streets of Phillipsburg and tossing up a few nude photos on Facebook. I’m giving him a standing O over here in SF (which I haven’t done since McCabe fell asleep at the table while drinking at Friday’s a few years ago). I just wish I was in NJ this weekend to party with this crazy fucking bastard. You know he will be doing rails on the picnic table and then cannon-balling naked into somebody’s pool uninvited. I bet he smokes like 2 packs a day too. Fuckin’ Baker.

As soon as I saw the picture to this story I knew this was a kid I would like to do a few rails and shots with. Look at him - just loving fucking life. Even the fucking cop knows he is hanging out with a legend, guy looks like he is honored just to be able arrest ol’ Robby Baker.

PS – they should at least let him run around nude during the day so he can get those legs to match the rest of his skin. Shit it pale, son.
